33 year old female with triplets 19 months of age. She wore a 34A cup bra (notice pre-op breast asymmetry). She underwent breast augmentation with Mentor smooth saline breast implants (375cc filled to450cc bilaterally). Inframmary incisions were made and the breast implants were placed under the muscle. She now wears a 34C to 34D cup bra (notice resolution of breast asymmetry).
