24-year-old female seeking breast augmentation. She wore a 34A cup bra. She underwent augmentation with Mentor smooth saline breast implants overfilled to 300cc. Incisions were at the inframammary fold and the breast implants were placed beneath the muscle. She now wears a 34C cup bra.
