The main reason that I chose this center was for Dr. Leikensohn. I have had consultations elsewhere, but I felt very confident after having my consultation with him whereas others are always eager to whatever you want to have done. It was not about money, it was about what he felt was best for me. You come in here and you tell a doctor what you want and they are always eager to say, okay that is what you want, that is what you are going to get, but not here. In fact, there was a couple of times with a couple of consultations where he said he did not feel I needed that, so that made me very confident in making my decision. I had to make an appointment to do a consultation and also do digital imaging and it was very exciting after I saw Dr. Leikensohn and we talked about all the procedures that I wanted to have done. They took digital images of me, and I was able to come back the following week and see what I would actually look like when it was all said and done and of course that’s a homerun. Once you see that, it is the last part that makes you positive, that it is something that you want to do. Wanting to do major surgery is a big deal and you are not always 100% certain, but once I saw those pictures and I saw the difference and the change it would be in me then I knew it was what I wanted to do. When I came in for my last consultation, and doc gave me the approval to go back to work, I was little hesitant, happy, but hesitant. I was not sure, you have that little bit of doubt that you wonder what you have done that people will notice when you go back to work and you are out in the public and I was so amazed and so shocked. He had been telling me all along that I should not wear as much makeup and just to see how it would go, so I did, I did not wear as much makeup and I went to work and I could not believe, immediately how many people just came up to me and asked me what I had done and what was different because I looked so much younger and when you get older and you have to take care of yourself and I feel very confident because of that. I feel like this procedure has taken years off of me. It gives me the confidence to continue to exercise and watch what I eat and be a better person, so I can live a long and healthy life. I would recommend Dr. Leikensohn to anyone. I am all done with my surgery now. I am completely healed, I am back at work. I cannot tell you what the surgeries have done for me. The level of confidence that they have given me at my age, I am 47 years old and I feel wonderful about myself. I feel like I have a new outlook on life. Some of the procedures that I have had here at the plastic surgery center are liposuction, I have had a tummy tuck, I have had a lower facelift, I have had the excess skin taken off my eyes, and I have had Botox.
